Cancellation Window
24+ hours before the session
Full refund to your original payment method.
Less than 24 hours before the session
No refund. Coaches reserve their time for your session, so late cancellations cannot be refunded.
How Refunds Work
- Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
How to Request a Refund
To cancel a booking and request a refund, email us at support@orator.coach with your booking details (name, email, session date, and coach name). We will process eligible refunds within one business day.
Exceptional Circumstances
If a coach cancels your session or is unable to attend, you will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs. If you experience technical issues that prevent a session from taking place, contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
